The lunch will be held in the Digby Memorial Church Hall on Sunday 27 February 2022 at 12.30 pm for 1.00 pm. Tickets are available from the Parish Office at £10.00 each for adults and £5.00 for those aged sixteen or under. The menu is braised pork with cider with new potatoes and peas or a vegetarian/vegan mushroom stroganoff, followed by sticky toffee pudding with custard, Montgomery cheese or fresh fruit. Prizes for the raffle may be left in the Parish Office and proceeds from both ticket sales and the raffle will go to the two Lent Projects.  After lunch Dr John Crossman, Chair of the Faith in Action Committee, will outline the project to support some of the vulnerable people in Afghanistan; and Kelly Knight will talk about this year’s home charity, Sherborne’s Harbour Vale School, which provides an alternative for students unable to access mainstream education.
