The Pump Room comes to Sherborne!

The Friends of Sherborne Abbey invite you to Afternoon Tea on Thursday 20 June 2024 in the Digby Memorial Church Hall at 3.30 pm. This will be a proper ‘English’ tea with sandwiches, scones, cakes etc accompanied by our own ‘Pump Room’ pianist on the piano.

After you have had tea, we should like you to join us in the Abbey for Evensong at 5.30 pm sung by the choir of St Mary’s, Litton Cheney, directed by Paul Cheater.

You do not need to be a Friend of Sherborne Abbey to attend these events so do please bring a friend(s)!

For catering purposes, please RSVP to Joanna in the Parish Office (Joanna.sams@sherborneabbey.com) by Monday 17 June 2024. Donations from Friends’ members on the day requested to cover costs (non-Friends £10.00 per person). We look forward to welcoming you!
