The APCM for the Parish of Sherborne with Castleton & St Paul’s will take place on Sunday 11 May 2025, 4.00 pm, Digby Memorial Church Hall.

Nomination forms etc for Churchwardens, elected members of the PCC (4 representatives are needed to serve for 3 years & one for a year) and the Deanery Synod (4 representatives are needed to serve for 1 year) are available at the churches. Please return completed forms etc to the Parish Office.  The Annual Report, Financial Statements & the 2024 APCM Minutes will be emailed to all on the Electoral Roll & hard copies will be available at all three churches 7 days before the APCM.

The APCM is open to all Parishioners. However, only those who are on the Church Electoral Roll are eligible to vote.  Nomination forms, copies of the Report and Accounts may also be collected from the back of the Abbey or from the Parish Office once available.
